Go-side offers free local rides and the Coaster train takes you to any number of hot spots from Oceanside to San Diego. Instacart will meet you at the lobby door with your groceries. Reasonable HOA rules apply; this building is largely owner-occupied by wonderful neighbors, so this home would not be a good choice for a party crowd.
