Heading up the spiral staircase, you will find 2 more coastal themed bedrooms and 2 full baths. This includes the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The covered 3rd floor lanai is connected to the master by pocket doors that completely open to let in the ocean air! There is a coffee maker in your master so you can enjoy a quiet morning with coffee on the peaceful lanai without going to the kitchen! The spacious soaker tub is perfect for winding down in a relaxing bath. There is also a HUGE walk-in closet allowing you to have plenty of room for all your belongings and make yourself at home. Sunny Canal is located at 245 Carolina Ave. From the north: After crossing the Matansas Bridge, follow the curve left onto Estero Blvd for approximately .5 miles, turn left on Carolina at Key Estero Shops. 245 is across from the driveway at the end of the parking lot. From the South: Upon arrival on Ft. Myers Beach, drive north approximately 5.5 miles. Turn Right on Carolina at Key Estero Shops.
